On this episode, John begins his story after graduating from college in 1985, when he took an intern position at Saturday Night Live. He worked for SNL for over 20 years. He eventually went on to work for Columbia Records and Warner Brothers Records, respectively. Later he moved on to work for Disney until his semi-retirement in 2018. Join me as John weaves his story of working in the music industry for the majority of his life. He also discusses the change in the music business throughout the years.

On this episode, Lindsay tells her story of growing up, receiving doubt that she would ever do something meaningful with her life. Later as an adult, she overcame these doubts and earned a doctorate in Psychology from C.W. Post, Long Island University. After years of real-life traumas, she turned her knowledge in psychology to authoring a book along with a close friend as co-author, titled Ten Steps To Finding Happy: A Guide To Permanent Satisfaction, which will be published March 20, 2020. She has also started a podcast called The Nuratic Nurishment Podcast, dealing with women's issues that may make us feel uncomfortable in order to shed light on things she wishes she could have dealt with when she was younger.
About Lindsay
Lindsay Weisner is a clinical Psychologist in Long Island, New York. She graduated from Georgetown University in 1999 and was awarded a fellowship in child development at the NIH/NICHD. She received her doctorate from C.W. Post, LIU, and went on to pursue post-doctorate training at the American Institute of Psychoanalysis. Dr. Weisner is the current host of the Neurotic Nourishment Podcast and the co-author of the upcoming book Ten Steps To Finding Happy. This book will be released on March 20, 2020, in accordance with the United Nations International Day of Happiness.

On this episode, Kristen relates the story of when she visited North Korea. This trip was before the U.S. government implemented the ban on Americans entering the country. We also talk about her writing, acting, and directing in the film industry.
Then after the break, Dino discusses his experience as a stunt man in the film and television business, and Craig talks about his involvement in the industry as well. They both then discuss the new project they are working on called MERCY, where Dino acts as director, writer, and producer, while Craig functions as Dino's assistant director.

On this episode, I chat with Jack about his father, Albert Anastasia, who was involved with the crime syndicate called Murder, Inc. Jack wrote a book titled Family Legacy, which tells the story of his father's involvement in the Gambino family. Jack was a prize heavyweight boxer, fighting George Foreman. He is also an actor who was one of the villains in the Superman movie series. Then after the break, Carmine tells the story of his youth as a martial arts champion. Like Jack, Carmine is also an actor, appearing in several self-produced martial arts films, including the popular cult classic Face the Wind, and multiple award-winning short films.

On this episode, Monday tells a story of growing up with three talented musical parents who were all phenomenal, legendary jazz musicians. She followed in their footsteps and studied the flute and piccolo. After a car accident damaged below her lower lip, she had to move from flutist and piccolo player to a vocal performer. At 23, she was discovered by a film producer from Japan and cast in a major motion picture, receiving awards for her performance. She never strayed far from her musical endeavors and is a jazz performer to this day.
After the break, Jeff tells his story of a death in his family, which changed the way he viewed the world. Later he moved from a small town in Maine called Buxton to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, becoming a successful character performer.

On this episode, Marcella begins her story when she became a dancer and a cheerleader in high school. She later took voice lessons and discovered that she was a natural at vocal performing. While still in high school, Marcella wrote a song about bullying, which received quite a bit of success when schools began to play the video for their students. After high school, she briefly trained in London. Then Marcella went to college at Berkley and studied music. After graduating from Berkley, she moved to Los Angeles and began writing and producing music for other people. Later Marcella began to focus on her career as a musician and creating music for herself. In this episode, she debuts her song titled "Know My Name."
